Solution Center Agent I

Description

At First National Bank & Trust, we commit to promoting the success of our customers and communities, providing high quality financial services, and maintaining a strong, safe financial institution. We are looking for a positive, energetic Solution Center Agent.

Work schedules consist of rotating opening, mid-day, and closing shifts, along with one Saturday per month from 8am to 12pm.

Essential Functions

• Professional and courteous internal and external customer interaction.
• Owns customer experience from start to finish.
• Open new accounts, have a working knowledge of account ownership and account classifications.
• Complete account maintenance.
• Troubleshoot online banking issues.
• Proactively answers inquiries by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
• Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information and completing transactions.
• Cross Sell additional products and services by recognizing opportunities for customers; explaining features and benefits of products and services.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational activities.
• Assist in projects assigned to the solution center.

Qualifications

Position Requirements

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
• 6 months customer service preferred
• Strong computer skills
• Careful attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Other Requirements

• Must reside in Oklahoma and pass a background and credit check
• This is an in-office position, and it is critical to remain available to team members during business hours
• May have intermittent local travel to other locations for meetings, training opportunities and bank events
