You'll turn a fast-moving roadmap into a shipped product, optimize the existing experience for completion and conversion to a physician visit, and identify and own new product opportunities across the patient journey. You'll build with AI tools as part of how you work every day.What You'll DoRoadmap Execution & DeliveryOwn execution of the consumer product roadmap, turning ideas into shipped featuresPrototype flows to validate ideas and de-risk specs before engineering commits timeUse AI tools to draft specs, tickets, and documentation quicklyBreak down ambiguous problems into sequenced, shippable incrementsRoadmap DevelopmentIndependently scope and propose roadmaps for defined product areasBring a clear, data-backed point of view on prioritization and sequencingIdentify quick wins and low-lift improvements worth pursuing outside the primary roadmapSize opportunities quickly so leadership can decide what's worth resourcingData-Driven Iteration & GrowthDefine and track success metrics for shipped featuresRun and interpret A/B tests (Statsig) to validate what's working and kill what isn'tRun user research to find new product opportunitiesReport progress and impact clearly to leadership on a regular cadenceCross-Functional CoordinationServe as the connective tissue between eng, design, AI/clinical teams, and marketingCoordinate launches across web and native apps (iOS/Android)Escalate risks and blockers, and keep stakeholders informed without excessive processPartner with support and clinical ops to catch and fix issues surfaced from real patientsWho You AreRequired Qualifications5+ years of consumer product management experienceSharp product sense: a clear point of view on what's worth building and what to cutTrack record of taking consumer web and mobile features from idea to shippedAble to independently scope and propose a roadmap for a well-defined product areaData fluency: comfortable defining metrics, reading dashboards, and running experimentsStrong technical fluency: able to work closely with engineers on tradeoffs and constraintsComfort operating with ambiguity, incomplete information, and making decisions quicklyExperience working in a fast-paced, resource-constrained startup or growth-stage companyAI-native workflow: use AI to prototype ideas, synthesize research, draft, and iterate quicklyPreferred QualificationsExperience in healthcare or other regulated consumer industriesExperience at an early-stage company where you owned a defined roadmap areaExperience building or shipping AI-powered or conversational product experiencesCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary plus meaningful equity with real upside as we growBuild AI systems transforming healthcare for millionsHigh autonomy and end-to-end ownership on problems that matterWork side by side with physician-scientistsHealth benefits reimbursement Flexible PTO
