Hospice Clinical Manager (RN)

Join The Care Team as a Clinical Manager and lead a compassionate team dedicated to providing exceptional end-of-life care to patients and families. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse leader to support clinical operations, mentor and guide staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and help drive excellence across our hospice team.

Schedule & Coverage

  • Standard operating hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • In-person at our Mishawaka, IN office

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support field clinical staff
  • Review documentation, plans of care, and physician orders
  • Support IDT processes and care coordination
  • Ensure compliance with hospice regulations and standards
  • Support staff education and performance development
  • Assist with survey readiness and quality initiatives

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Hospice clinical experience preferred
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Field Role Requirements

  • Active driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
  • Current TB testing in accordance with agency policy
  • Current CPR certification as required for the role
