Corporate Sales Development Representative

Join Staffbase, a leading employee communication platform, as a Corporate Sales Development Representative (SDR) in New York City. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, engaging in outbound prospecting, and setting up qualified meetings for our Account Executive team. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline growth and stay up-to-date with industry trends. Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, a growth mindset, and a passion for sales.

• Proactively engage prospects and create a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through various outreach methods.
• Utilize various tools and strategies to identify and research potential prospects, and skillfully assess and qualify accounts based on their needs.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline in a sustainable way, and maintain a consistent follow-up cadence with contacts.
