In this role, you will nurture and maintain long-term relationships with our Enterprise merchants, providing valuable business insights and acting as a trusted advisor. You will have the opportunity to grow a portfolio of existing merchants, deliver expertise and guidance, analyze payment performance, and collaborate with various teams across the company. The ideal candidate will have 1-2+ years of experience in B2B Account Management, Relationship Management, Sales, or Customer Success, with a customer-centric approach and excellent project management skills.
