About The Role

Join Grafana Labs as a Regional Sales Director, Enterprise Acquisition. In this role, you will lead a team of Enterprise Acquisition Account Executives across Iberia, Italy, and the Middle East. You will drive new revenue growth, retain and attract new talent, and grow Grafana's footprint within your assigned territory. This is a critical hire for the company, and you will work closely with the rest of the GTM leadership team.

Lead a team of Enterprise Acquisition Account Executives across Iberia, Italy, and the Middle East to drive new revenue growth.
Develop and execute sales strategies, mentor your team, and strategically partner with groups across the organization.
Build and maintain an annual sales plan in support of organizational strategy and objectives, and develop a pipeline to help over-achieve revenue targets.

Comfort working closely and building relationships with C-Level executives
Experience working with ROI and cost modeling to educate and assist potential buyers
Minimum 2 years of leading successful sales teams
Excellent communication (written, oral) and presentation skills (in-person, virtual)
Experience navigating complex sales cycles
Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills
Minimum 8 years of successful direct sales experience
MEDDPICC expertise
Consistent track record in shaping strategic seven-figure deals
Fluent in English and Spanish
Unwavering dedication to integrity and professionalism
Experience leading an new logo hunting team in the across Iberia & Italy
Background in technical applications, familiarity with OSS is a big plus
Previous experience as an Account Executive in the Souther Europe region
Experience leading an new logo hunting team in the across Southern Europe and the Middle East
Fluent in Italian
