Supervisor - Housekeeping

Join our team as a Supervisor in Housekeeping. In this role, you will oversee the efficiency of Guest Room Attendants and House Attendants, ensure cleanliness of assigned floors, and respond to guest requests and complaints. You will also be responsible for training staff, conducting inspections, and maintaining communication within the department. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Supervise and ensure the efficiency of Guest Room Attendants and House Attendants, issue work assignments, and monitor their work progress.
• Ensure that assigned floors, closets, and carts are cleaned before the end of the shift, and inspect every departure and ready suite prior to the arrival of the guest.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees.
