Flutter Engineer - Banking

Join Capital on Tap, a fast-growing fintech company focused on providing financial solutions for small businesses. As a Senior Flutter Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and improving our Banking and Repayments platform. You will work on mobile and back-end systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the full software development lifecycle.

• Own the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from feature inception through to production, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to mobile development across iOS and Android using Flutter, Kotlin, and/or Swift, and collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams.
• Write thorough unit and integration tests, uphold high engineering standards, and identify bottlenecks to drive improvements across the team.
