Designated Person – Capital & Financial Management

Join our Dublin team as a part-time Designated Person for Capital & Financial Management. In this role, you will oversee our management company and investment funds, ensuring strong financial governance, regulatory compliance, and effective stakeholder management. You will be responsible for monitoring compliance with capital requirements, maintaining the Capital Planning Policy, preparing financial and regulatory reporting, and providing oversight of fund operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, experience in the funds or asset management industry, and prior approval from the Central Bank of Ireland.

• Monitoring compliance with the Company's minimum capital requirements and expenditure requirements, and maintaining the Capital Planning Policy.
• Coordinating the preparation of audited financial statements, liaising with external auditors, and preparing interim financial statements.
• Providing oversight of key operational and financial activities relating to the funds, including fund accounting and oversight of administrators.
