About The Role

Join our Professional Services team as a QA & Release Intern. In this hands-on technical role, you'll be responsible for testing every change in the sandbox before it reaches production, ensuring the quality of our B2B SaaS product. You'll gain full visibility of the product development process and receive direct mentoring from the Director of Professional Services. Enjoy a fun work environment, flexible hours, and a competitive salary.

  • This is a first job, and we're hiring for it as such. We don't expect professional experience — we expect curiosity, care and enough technical grounding to get going
  • English at a professional working level
  • Able to write things down clearly, so that someone else can follow your notes and reproduce what you found
  • The instinct to dig into why something broke rather than just reporting that it did
  • Familiarity with test automation tools such as Playwright and Selenium
  • SQL and database knowledge; Couchbase or other NoSQL experience is a plus
  • Enough programming grounding to follow a codebase with AI as your guide: you won't be writing code, but you should be able to ask Claude what a piece of Java or Vue does, understand the answer, and tell when it doesn't add up
  • A strong grasp of AI tools and, more importantly, good judgement about when and how to apply them
  • Comfortable with Postman and working with APIs
  • Familiarity with Git, enough to find your way around branches, commits and diffs when investigating an issue
  • You find payments, billing or subscription products interesting — you don't need to have worked on them
  • You've automated something repetitive with a script before, for a job, for a class or just for yourself
  • You've come across CI/CD pipelines and roughly know what they're for
