Account Manager (Junior)

In this role, you will support key account clients in booking their events, from the initial briefing to the signing of the contract, and assist in the deployment of our solution. You will also contribute to the development of your dedicated portfolio through sales and communication activities. • Supporting customers in booking their events, from initial briefing to contract signing.
• Qualifying and processing leads, carrying out targeted commercial actions to develop the offering.
• Working towards achieving individual and collective objectives, and proposing improvements to internal processes.

Candidate profile :

You are the ideal candidate if:

You have initial experience as an account manager in the hotel or events industry.

You have a strong sense of customer service, are responsive and organised.

You have a solid knowledge of the hotel and events market.

You speak native English (it's a plus if you speak French).
