Compliance Business Officer - Payments & Customer Protection

As a Compliance Business Officer, you will embed compliance into business decision-making, product development, and day-to-day operations. You will assess regulatory implications, identify compliance risks, review commercial materials, and contribute to the design and implementation of compliance policies. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in a product compliance role within a financial institution or regulated fintech.

• Assess the regulatory implications of new products, services, and business initiatives, and partner with product and business teams to embed compliance requirements from discovery through development.
• Identify potential compliance risks associated with existing or new offerings, and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
• Review and validate commercial and communication materials to ensure they are aligned with applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
