Service PM assistant Intern

Collaborate with Service PM team to manage their requests; Prepare, send and track offers and orders using our ERP system; Advise customers on pricing, availability, and logistics; Coordinate seamless deliveries and handle return requests; Update and maintain accurate customer records; Engage with internal teams, acting as a key interface; Support to the sales team in converting quotations into orders.
