Act as a key contact person for Project Managers, Shipping Department, and Sales Administration teams during the execution phase of Complete Line, Stand Alone, and Upgrade projects; Coordinate transportation and packing activities with logistics suppliers and internal stakeholders; Support the execution of export shipments, ensuring compliance with Sidel logistics guidelines and fiscal procedures; Review quotations from logistics providers and create Purchase Requests in SAP; Prepare, verify, and issue the shipping documentation required for international shipments; Monitor shipment progress and proactively support the resolution of operational issues; Ensure timely and accurate communication with internal teams and external partners throughout the shipment lifecycle; Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes and operational efficiency.
