CO-OP STUDENT - TAX ACCOUNTING (HYBRID)

The Tax Accounting Co-op Student will join the Tax Team by providing support and assistance in the monthly accounting close process as well as analysis and reconciliation of key accounts. This position provides excellent opportunities in learning and implementing tax and accounting concepts in a corporate environment and getting a broad understanding of the overall organization. Responsibilities: Collaborate with members of our accounting and tax teams to ensure day-to-day accounting and financial reporting functions are maintained Prepare month end working papers including various account reconciliations File and maintain accounting records, reports, and tax returns Perform ad hoc off-cycle tax analysis on specific areas of the business Support other projects related to GSC’s broader finance transformation initiative Work collaboratively with the broader Finance / Accounting Team
