About The Role

About Traveloka Traveloka is Southeast Asia's leading travel and lifestyle super-app. We connect tens of millions of travellers across the region with flights, hotels, experiences, financial services, and more — all from a single platform. Since our founding in 2012, we have expanded to eleven markets, processed billions of dollars in transactions, and built one of the most recognised consumer brands in the region. We move fast because the region demands it. Southeast Asia is young, mobile-first, and growing faster than almost anywhere else on earth. We are not transplanting a Western playbook — we are writing a new one, from scratch, for a market that does not look like anywhere else — and we are calling for people who want to be part of that. About the Team Flight is Traveloka's front door — the business most travelers first use to discover and trust us. Within it, the Flight Commercial team owns the supply and economics that make every fare possible: the airline partnerships, the route portfolio, and the deals that decide whether we win a market or merely compete in it. We defend leadership in our core Southeast Asian markets while opening aggressive new ground across Asia Pacific. As part of Market Management at the country level, you own a market end to end — the carrier relationships, the route mix, the pricing and inventory that shape what millions of travelers see when they search. You read demand patterns others miss, negotiate hard, and turn local insight into routes and fares that move the business. You sit close to the customer, the carrier, and the numbers, and you move fast. About the Job As a Principal / Staff Market Manager in Flight Commercial, you are the most senior individual expert on a major region or carrier group — you set the commercial strategy for your area and drive the toughest outcomes yourself, without managing a team.
