Development Manager

World Animal Protection is looking for a Development Manager to lead a regional portfolio within our global Development function. The Development Manager will build relationships, partnerships, and philanthropic support that fund our work to end animal cruelty and suffering worldwide.This is a relationship-led growth role. You'll own the income strategy, pipeline, and targets for your region (APAC). You will work to convert high-value prospects into sustainable, long-term supporters. You'll work across the organisation to shape propositions, and you'll manage and work closely with a "Development Lead" as part of a close-knit global team.
