<p>Join us in disrupting post-trade processing in the over-the-counter (OTC) energy trading market.</p>
<p>As a Software Developer with a passion for coding, you will be a key member in a small dev team creating a highly interactive, event-driven product</p>
<h3><strong>What you’ll do: </strong></h3>
<p>The Senior Software Developer plays an important part in our company’s product development lifecycle. Working within a small Agile dev team, you will work closely with developers and product managers to design, plan and implement product and platform features</p>
<ul>
<li>Build high-quality, clean, scalable code by promoting best software engineering patterns, practices, processes and architecture</li>
<li>Work with product managers to understand and adapt requirements </li>
<li>Own implementation from design through test automation and documentation</li>
<li>Design schema and interfaces that are simple and allow customers to use features and API’s to meet their specific needs</li>
<li>Deliver rapid iterations of software based on feedback and metrics</li>
<li>Design and implement new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite</li>
<li>Contribute to the architecture and design of the software framework, specific features and cloud infrastructure.</li>
<li>Contribute to the adoption of frameworks, standards, and new technologies</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Who you are:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor or Master degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience)</li>
<li>Experience with RESTful APIs and schema design</li>
<li>Experience updating sophisticated enterprise-scale services</li>
<li>Backend technologies: Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, AWS</li>
<li>Comfortable with a customer-focused, high-paced environment</li>
<li>Well-versed in Agile methodology and experience in software development lifecycle</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work within cross-functional teams</li>
<li>Good written and spoken English language skills</li>
