Senior Product Engineer

About the Role

Join a small product engineering team building AI voice and customer communication software. You will own features end-to-end across applied AI, agent configuration, integrations, and the systems behind them, helping deliver reliable solutions to customer problems.

What You'll Do

Build product features that help users configure AI agents, troubleshoot issues, connect external systems, and get useful answers from their data.

Develop and improve voice agents for speed, reliability, and high-quality interactions.

Extend agent capabilities across calls, messaging, and email, with shared memory and state.

Build memory systems that support reasoning across customer interactions and workflows.

Improve observability and tracing so issues in agent interactions are easier to understand and resolve.

Help agents select the right communication channel for each interaction.
What We're Looking For

Production experience building and owning distributed systems and product features across frontend and backend.

Strong software engineering fundamentals, product judgment, and the ability to learn unfamiliar domains quickly.

Production backend experience with Python, FastAPI, or TypeScript, and experience building React frontends.

Experience with real-time audio or voice infrastructure, AI agents or LLMs, and asynchronous or event-driven systems with complex state.

Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar data stores, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Familiarity with workflow orchestration, job scheduling, communication integrations, and observability tools is useful.

Relevant tools include TypeScript, React, Vite, TanStack, Node.js, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, Temporal, and AWS.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is €85,000 to €160,000 annually, plus equity. Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
This is an on-site role in Berlin, Germany. Relocation support is available.
