Your role
The Multimedia Producer is responsible for filming to editing and bringing ideas to life with creative flair. In this role, you’ll own the art and creative execution of all in-house video productions – working closely with our Content and Campaign teams to turn concepts into compelling visual stories. Whether it’s brand engagement campaigns, student stories, social reels, or event highlights, your videos will be one of key pillars of our marketing impact.
Reports to: Creative Production Manager
Key Accountabilities

Plan and produce videos for marketing campaigns or initiatives based on the assigned calendar

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, content creators, and campaign managers) to develop and implement the creative direction and visual identity for video projects. Take ownership of proposing the visual style, feel, and flow of each video, ensuring that your creative vision brings the concept to life effectively and engagingly

Film on location (e.g., campus, events, interviews) with a sharp eye for visual storytelling

Edit and post-produce high-quality videos for multi-channel distribution (social, digital, web, internal)

Manage and maintain professional video equipment and software

Suggest fresh visual formats and techniques to elevate content quality but still ensure the brand consistency.
Key Selection Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- -
- 2–4 years’ experience in multimedia or video production (agency or in-house)
- -
- Strong skills in filming and post-production, with knowledge of lighting and sound, are a plus
- -
- Creative mindset and attention to visual storytelling details
- -
- A portfolio showcases your best works in video production, motion graphics, and visual design
- -
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- -
- Comfortably operate professional production tools and equipment (Video/ Photo camera, lighting, audio)
- -
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- -
- A collaborative spirit and love for visual innovation
- -
- Ability to display appropriate behaviours in line with the position and RMIT Values.

English Proficiency
- English is the language of teaching and communication at RMIT Vietnam. For this role, the minimum requirement is IELTS General 6.0 (or equivalent Linguaskill 160).
