We are looking for an Executive to join our dynamic Collections | FOS team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and optimizing our collections processes, ensuring efficient and effective operations. • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Collections | FOS department, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Implement and maintain effective collections strategies, including debt recovery and customer engagement plans.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align collections efforts with overall business objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the department's performance and identify areas for enhancement.

• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in collections, finance operations, or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
