As a CCE, you will play a vital role in our back-office operations, working closely with our domestic diversified team. Your primary focus will be on maintaining and enhancing our client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and delivering exceptional service. This role requires a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and the ability to navigate complex processes.

• Manage and oversee the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing support.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Review and analyze client documentation, identifying any discrepancies or risks.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client queries and issues.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

• Train and mentor junior team members on client management best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar client-facing role, preferably in a back-office environment.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM systems.
