Editor, Mystery Shopping

The Editor, Mystery Shopping reviews mystery shopping reports completed by shoppers, to ensure the shop meets all customer requirements and our client's quality standards. The Editor works cross-functionally with the client's internal team, including the Mystery Shopping Team, as well as shoppers and customers, as directed. This role supports the Mystery Shopping team by helping to ensure consistent delivery and customer satisfaction with our client's mystery shopping results.
