Marketplace & Merchant Growth Manager

Lead the growth of the platform by increasing merchant acquisition, merchant activity, sales performance, and overall platform engagement. The role is responsible for driving merchant success, improving platform operations, and identifying growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Growth

• Develop and execute growth strategies.
• Increase the number of active merchants.
• Drive sales volume and order growth.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics.
• Identify and implement growth opportunities.

Merchant Management

• Support merchant onboarding and activation.
• Train merchants on platform usage and best practices.
• Monitor merchant performance and improve results.
• Gather merchant feedback and improve their experience.

Operations Management

• Oversee daily platform operations.
• Improve operational processes and workflows.
• Resolve operational challenges.
• Ensure a smooth experience for merchants and customers.

Product & Platform Development

• Collect and analyze merchant and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with the development team on improvements.
• Recommend new features and enhancements.
• Help prioritize platform improvements based on business impact.
• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, digital platforms, or business development.
• Strong understanding of growth and sales metrics.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
