Majors Account Executive (Key Customers)

Join Grafana Labs as a Majors Account Executive, Key Customers. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and growing existing business across the West region, managing forecasts, and tracking customer data. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with executive-level customers, create and execute strategic plans, and meet and exceed individual sales goals. • Identifying new opportunities to expand Grafana usage within existing accounts and developing strategic plans for those accounts.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships at the executive level within current customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Managing all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting to closing, and achieving individual quarterly and annual sales goals.

• Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment (top 10% performer)

• Excellent communicator in all channels (in person, online, in writing) and able to form strong working relationships both in person and virtually
• Adaptable and with demonstrable experience in high-velocity technology companies
• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales
• Experience using Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC
• Experience using Salesforce
• Familiarity with open source technology
