AI Adoption Lead

Join Blue Light Card, an organization dedicated to supporting real-life heroes. As the AI Adoption Lead, you will drive the adoption of AI across the organization, focusing on behavior change and embedding new ways of working. You will work closely with the People function and the Strategy Director for AI Adoption. This is a fixed-term contract of up to 12 months.

• Own and drive Blue Light Card's AI adoption programme across the Inform, Engage, and Embed phases, building on live foundations.
• Design role-specific learning pathways and live and async content that connect AI tools to real job tasks, not generic awareness sessions.
• Work with the AI Champions Network to identify where repetitive, multi-step, or high-volume tasks could be handled by an agent, scope the impact on teams and their ways of working.
