Head of EMEA Key Accounts (FTSE Russell)

Join FTSE Russell as the Head of EMEA Key Accounts, where you will lead the strategic accounts team focusing on significant asset managers and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with various teams, develop the existing book of business, and deliver strategic index solutions to clients. This role requires a strong background in financial services, particularly in ETFs and funds within asset managers, and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's growth and success.

• Lead the group focusing on significant accounts, particularly large Asset Managers, to develop and run passively managed products.
• Work alongside various teams to develop the existing book of business and accelerate revenue growth for FTSE Russell Asset-based Index business.
• Set the strategic priorities for the Buy-side coverage within your region, develop and lead on execution of the strategic growth plans to increase FTSE Russell index adoption.

• Proven ability to work with clients and influence at a senior level
• Client centric with strong commercial acumen and ability to manage consultative engagements to solve client problems and drive benchmark adoption
• Demonstrable team leading, relationship management skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with internal and external clients and stakeholders across all levels
• Knowledge of, and experience in, the financial markets, particularly in ETFs and Funds within Asset Managers
• Strategic mindset alongside the ability to lead and drive on execution
• 15+ years of Experience in Financial services
• Strong knowledge of Indexing and indexed financial products
• Excellent verbal, written and communications skills
