Sr. Business Systems Specialist

As a Senior Business Systems Specialist, you will optimize workflows, enhance key business systems, and apply AI to real operational problems. • Own workflow optimization across Spark by mapping how work moves through systems, quantifying time lost, and redesigning processes with AI and automation.
• Lead the integration, ongoing maintenance, and strategic enhancement of key business systems such as Intercom, Airtable, Salesforce, Dialpad, Notion, Calendly, and more.
• Collaborate with internal teams to collect, analyze, and synthesize data from diverse sources and platforms, ensuring it’s actionable and supports key decision-making processes.
