Manager for our Business Transformation - Investment Management Team

• Lead engagements by setting objectives and scope, developing tailored work plans, and managing project delivery.
• Design practical solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with their organizational goals and operational needs.

Profile description:

1. Your skills
2. A Master degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
3. At least 5 years of expertise in the Investment Management industry, including experience in consulting and business transformation (PMO, BA, Testing).
4. Proven ability to develop high-performing teams
5. Fluency in English and French or German is mandatory.
6. Exposure to digital transformation and AI technologies, particularly automation in financial markets.
7. Strong analytical skills combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and a “can-do” attitude.
