Business Analyst, Banking Operate Services

Join Deloitte's Banking Operate Services team as a Business Analyst. In this role, you will author Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Service Functional Descriptions (SFDs) for a portfolio of banking services. You will work closely with subject matter experts, partners, and technology teams to transform high-level service concepts into structured specifications. Profile description:

**Your skills**

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Banking, Economics, or IT.
• Around 3-4 years of relevant experience in the banking industry.
• Solid knowledge of multiple banking value chains
• Proven experience writing Business Requirements Documents, functional specifications, or service descriptions.
• Strong understanding of banking processes, controls, and regulatory environment.
• Strong data affinity, including awareness of data flows, data governance, and data quality principles
• Familiarity with target operating model design, process mapping (BPMN or equivalent), and service delivery frameworks.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools; certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are an asset.
• Fluent in English.
