About The Role

Join NTT DATA, a leading business and technology services provider. As a Scrum Master, you will support multiple Agile teams, facilitate key Agile ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You must have proven experience as a Scrum Master, strong Jira experience, and a Scrum Master certification. Experience in Financial Services or Technology Transformation is a plus.

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Support multiple Agile teams simultaneously, improving team effectiveness, delivery flow, and predictability.
  • Manage team capacity, sprint commitments, and delivery forecasting, coordinating delivery across multiple teams.
