Loan Operations Analyst

Join Funding Circle, a fintech company on a mission to support small businesses in the UK. As a Loan Operations Analyst, you will review and process loan applications, conduct KYC checks, and perform quality assurance. You will work in a collaborative team environment and proactively identify ways to improve efficiency. The role is based in London with a hybrid work model.

• Reviewing financial accounts, bank statements, and risk reports to process loan applications.
• Completing know your customer (KYC) checks during the borrowers' onboarding journey and referring cases to our AML and Fraud teams where required.
• Performing rigorous quality assurance: Reconciling loan documents and internal system data for completeness and accuracy.
