Senior Solutions Consultant

Join Trulioo, a leading global identity verification company, as a Senior Solutions Consultant. In this client-facing role, you will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Service Delivery to solve complex identity challenges for enterprise customers. You will translate technical and business requirements into scalable solutions, lead technical engagements, and ensure customers realize maximum value from Trulioo's platform. This is a full-time, permanent position that can be done remotely.

• Engage with customers directly, acting as the key technical point of contact for our most strategic customers.
• Own the discovery process to uncover business objectives, customer technical requirements, run technical demonstrations and proof of concepts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless customer outcomes and contribute to internal knowledge and technical excellence.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Post-Secondary Degree or combination of desired experience and education
• Technical background with familiarity in JSON, RESTful APIs, and native and web-based SDKs would be desirable
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• 3-5 years experience in a Senior Technical Support, Solutions Consultant or Implementation Specialist role. Relative experience or in identity verification, compliance, or fintech industries is a plus
