Collections Team Lead (m/w/d)

Join YouLend, a leading global embedded finance platform, as a Collections Team Lead in Berlin. In this role, you will recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team of Collections Agents, oversee daily collections activities, and drive efficiency through process improvements. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Credit Control, Collections, or Debt Recovery, and at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team of Collections Agents, inspiring and motivating them to meet and exceed KPIs and SLAs.
• Oversee daily collections activities across multiple lending geographies, handling escalated or complex customer cases with professionalism and empathy.
• Drive efficiency through process improvements and the smart use of data and automation, ensuring all activities comply with internal policies and regulations.
