B.E. / B. Tech in Civil Engineering with deep understanding of local NBC (National Building Code), municipal bylaws, fire safety regulations, and environmental regulatory norms. Preferable : <M.Tech> in Construction Management, MBA in Infrastructure/Project Management, PMP® (Project Management Professional) or LEED/Green Building Certification. Work Experience 16 –18+ years as in civil construction including minimum 5+ years as a Lead Project Manager handling High-Rise / Multi-Storey structural projects related to Educational campus
