About The Role
- 异常响应与快速处理：持续按流程处理产品线上异常问题，基于分析数据和已知知识积累快速制定并执行纠偏方案，确保生产连续性；
- 跨部门协调与周期管控：作为研发工程师与产线各部门的沟通桥梁，跟踪Key Lot的Inline Cycle Time，推动问题处理的闭环与效率提升；
- 数据收集与判断：根据工程师交接内容，完成相关数据收集及判断工作，支撑决策；
- 资源规划与分配：合理规划及分配Resource，使有限资源最大化利用，保障生产与研发需求。
- 教育背景与专业知识：本科及以上学历，数学、物理、化学、材料、环境等相关理工科专业；
- 行业与专业经验：有半导体行业相关经验者优先；
- 其他要求：认真负责，动手能力强，能处理多任务复杂场景，具有良好的沟通与表达能力，具有较强的学习能力；
