About The Role

  1. 材料第一性原理计算：主导基于第一性原理的电子结构计算，完成新材料性能预测与筛选；
  2. 跨尺度器件原子级输运仿真：设计器件输运机制仿真模型，输出材料迁移率提升关键参数；
  3. 材料可靠性评估：搭建材料可靠性分析框架，实现新材料失效机理研究。
  1. 学历要求：博士研究生；
  2. 专业要求：物理、化学、材料科学与工程、微电子等相关专业；
  3. 其他要求：能使用VASP、Gaussian或Quantum ESPRESSO等第一性原理计算软件完成材料体系仿真，具有至少1项材料计算项目经验并能独立完成计算方案设计与结果分析，具有以第一作者发表SCI期刊论文至少1篇的经历。
