A LubeTech / Diesel Mechanic is a critical member of the service team, responsible for maintenace and repairing, and a range of equipment, from small engines to agricultural machinery. This role requires strong mechanical skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Most work takes place in the shop, though occasional field support may be required.
