YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES.

You maintain, update, and prepare data in accordance with predefined team guidelines in our data lake platforms and connected interfaces.
You work on harmonizing data pipelines and general data quality assurance
You are enabling the countries with local data management and reporting using the central platforms
You are involved in AI agent development and implementation (sales use cases dynamic routing and negotiation tools)
You are supporting and participating in new and exciting proof-of-concept implementations of class leading platforms (e.g. in field force area)
You support our customers (countries/departments) by handling first/second level support tickets.
You provide organizational and administrative support in day-to-day business operations.

WHAT YOU BRING

You are currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences and are able to support us at least 15-20 hours per week.
You possess basic knowledge of data structures and data management (Python and SQL) and willingness to learn new data platforms.
You have a careful, structured, and detail-oriented approach to your work.
You are reliable, responsible, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
You demonstrate strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
You have fluent written and spoken communication skills in both German and English.
