Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Paris office, working in a fast‑paced environment. The role sits within the Investment Banking Administrative team and provides support to Bankers
This job is responsible for providing confidential administrative support; key responsibilities include supporting management with administrative tasks, processing expenses, gathering and reporting information relevant to/for the Banker.
The ideal Administrative Assistant will not only be responsible for administrative support, but also have a willingness to learn, be resourceful and independent, and take on additional responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant your main responsibilities will involve
- Handling expenses using Concur and Ariba systems – with a general understanding of the bank’s policies
- Filing call reports on a weekly basis using Salesforce
- Pre-empt and highlight to the Business Manager out of policy expenses
- Ensure relevant Deal Related Expenses (DRE) is captured
- Establish professional and effective communication at all levels with internal stakeholders
- Handling sensitive and confidential material and information
- Manage professional responses to telephone calls, taking ownership of queries
- Understanding the internal systems such as Concur (training will be given for all internal systems)

- Excellent communication skills at all levels written and verbally in French and English
- Confidence at dealing with people of all levels both internally and externally
- Proactive style and ability to work independently and as a team player
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and manage a varied workload in a fast‑paced environment
- Capable to work efficiently in a demanding environment
- Excellent PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Flexible approach to overtime and out of hours working patterns
