About The Role

As a Lead Journey Maintenance/Construction Specialist you will: Under general supervision, serve as the lead worker for maintenance and construction activities within assigned state facilities. Perform advanced journey-level work in multiple building trades, coordinate maintenance and small construction projects, assign and monitors daily work activities, mentor and train staff, and ensure facilities are maintained in a safe, efficient, and professional manner. This position serves as a technical resource for facility managers, maintenance staff, contractors, and state agencies while promoting quality workmanship, safety, and excellent customer service.
