Responsibilities:
The HR Officer will support the Human Resources department in daily HR operations and administrative tasks, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to employees and management.

- Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Prepare and process HR-related documentation such as offer letters, employment contracts, new hire paperwork, and termination documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR information system (HRIS) and physical files, ensuring data confidentiality.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and answering employee queries.
- Support the performance management process by assisting with performance appraisal documentation and tracking.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the planning and execution of HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and training programs.
- Prepare HR reports and data analysis as required by HR management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies.
- Perform other HR administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in an HR administrative or support role.
- Familiarity with HR best practices and employment legislation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with HRIS software is a plus.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
