Supervisor - Civil

We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor - Civil to join our Logan Water team, leading the delivery of key water and wastewater projects across a long-term capital works program. You'll be joining a team that's known for getting things done, solving problems and delivering projects that genuinely improve communities.
This isn't a role where you'll spend your day chasing paperwork from a desk.
You'll be coaching supervisors, working alongside project teams, driving site performance and helping shape how projects are delivered. You'll have the opportunity to influence construction methodologies, improve delivery practices and build a high-performing culture across multiple work fronts.

What you'll do

• Lead and support supervisors, site teams and subcontractors across multiple civil projects
• Drive safe, efficient and high-quality project delivery from start to finish
• Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to keep projects on schedule
• Coach and mentor site leaders to build capability and consistency across the program
• Contribute to construction planning, methodologies and programme development
• Build strong relationships with Logan Water, Logan City Council and project stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality and project outcomes
• Champion a strong Zero Harm culture and lead by example onsite

What we're looking for

• Experience leading civil construction projects within water and/or wastewater environments
• Strong background managing supervisors, subcontractors and delivery teams
• Ability to build high-performing teams and drive accountability
• Proven experience delivering projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard
• Strong understanding of civil construction activities, including bulk earthworks
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced project environment
• A passion for leadership, mentoring and continuous improvement
