QualificationsWhat You'll Do

Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff
Coordinate and oversee Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) services
Mentor, coach, and assist with onboarding new nurses
Promote nursing best practices, quality standards, and patient safety
Collaborate with facility leadership to improve clinical outcomes
Stay actively involved in patient care while supporting the nursing team
Help create a positive, accountable, and team-focused work environment
