Human Resource Clerk Job Duties

Frequent phone interaction with field employees and managers
Help with new-hire procedures, including employee onboarding, I9s and creating new employee files
Review and correct all new hire paperwork received from field
Ensure managers stay on top of timecard responsibilities
Create and distribute HR reports as needed
Help managers with scheduling needs
Heavy printing and filing duties
Make sure all employee records are filed correctly and kept confidential
Partner with HR/Payroll Representative to address market needs as they arise
Assist HR team with other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
Excellent communication and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel required
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work in a close team environment
Positive attitude
