Sales Development Representative (DACH)

Join our rapidly growing Sales Organization as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused on the DACH region. In this role, you will drive pipeline creation through targeted outreach, qualification, and engagement with prospects. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Product-Led Growth, and Account Executives to turn outbound interest and active enterprise users into high-quality sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a sales development or business development role, excellent communication skills in English, and fluency in German is a plus.

• Build, qualify, and nurture a high-quality pipeline of leads through a mix of outbound and account expansion activities.
• Conduct research on target accounts to craft personalized outreach that resonates with prospects’ challenges and use cases.
• Collaborate with AEs and Growth Marketing to execute campaigns in our priority regions (North America, UK, DACH, Benelux, Nordics).

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or pipeline-generating role, ideally in a B2B SaaS or product-led growth environment
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English. Fluency in German is a plus, as is experience with selling to the DACH market
• Experience engaging mid-market and enterprise buyers across multiple regions
• We would also love to hear from candidates with fluency in other EU languages as we accelerate our growth across EMEA
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation goals
