Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT)

Join HeliosX, a rapidly growing healthcare platform, as an Accuracy Checking Technician. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and safety of every prescription before it reaches our patients. You will work in a fast-paced online pharmacy environment, where attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety are crucial. This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Leamington Spa warehouse, with a 4 days on & 4 days off schedule.

• Perform final accuracy checks on dispensed medicines against the prescription, in line with SOPs and GPhC standards.
• Identify and escalate any discrepancies, near misses, or safety concerns to the responsible pharmacist without delay.
• Maintain accurate records of checks performed, in line with clinical governance and audit requirements.
