Join GoGuardian as a People Operations Generalist, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and driving process improvements. You will be the primary point of contact for all levels of the organization, ensuring data integrity across our HRIS systems. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in HR, be an expert user of various HR tools, and have a passion for EdTech.

• Support employees at all levels by serving as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries and issues.
• Lead process improvements and ensure data integrity across HRIS systems, utilizing analytical skills to uncover trends and improve the employee experience.
• Collaborate with management to balance employee advocacy with business-oriented problem solving, applying a thorough understanding of employment laws and policies.

• Data-fluent: You don't just track metrics; you uncover trends and tell stories with data to improve the employee experience
• 3-5 years of experience as a People/HR Generalist. You possess a deep, "systems-thinking" approach to HR, seeing the impact of individual processes on the broader organization
• Expert user of ADP, Lattice, Jira, and Greenhouse; skilled at utilizing Google Workspace to craft analytical, insight-led reports
