About The Role

Join our People Operations team as a Payroll Trainee and gain hands-on experience in the full payroll cycle, Spanish labor administration, and our HR and payroll systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to build a future in Payroll and People Operations. You will support the monthly payroll process, maintain employee and payroll information, manage the payroll and administrative side of hires and terminations, and help ensure payroll accuracy. As your knowledge develops, you will take on more complex payroll activities and contribute to the improvement and automation of our payroll processes.

  • You’re at the beginning of your career and genuinely interested in developing your expertise in Payroll and People Operations
  • You have studied or are currently studying Labour Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • Previous experience in Payroll or HR administration is welcome, but not required. We care much more about your potential, attitude and willingness to learn
  • You’re comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets and detailed information, and you naturally pay attention to accuracy
  • Previous exposure to A3innuva or other payroll software would be a plus
  • You enjoy understanding how and why things work, rather than simply following a process
  • You’re comfortable handling confidential information responsibly
  • You can work professionally in Spanish and have a good level of English
  • You’re organised, proactive and curious, and you’re comfortable asking questions when you don’t know something
