Technical Project Manager

Join Motorola Solutions as a Technical Project Manager, where you will take technical ownership of complex infrastructure, systems integration, and deployment environments for strategic blue-light emergency services customers across the UK. You will collaborate closely with Technical Project Managers, lead agile delivery teams, oversee solution development and testing schedules, and manage customer relationships effectively. • Degree in Computer Science, Computing, or an engineering discipline
• Language Proficiency to demonstrate an excellent command of English in written and verbal technical communications
• Agile Software Delivery to lead cross-functional agile teams and execute modern software deployment models
• Project Governance to maintain project documentation, RAID logs, financial tracking, and change control mechanisms
• Complex Software Architecture to evaluate infrastructure dependencies and communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders
• Technical Stakeholder Engagement to build trust, manage customer expectations, and lead matrixed project resources
• Solid experience managing the delivery of large, complex software solutions to major enterprise or public sector customers
• Virtual Team Leadership to motivate and guide cross-functional project teams across engineering, QA, and business analysis
• Ability to obtain NPPV3 and SC security clearance requiring UK residency
• Technical Requirements Analysis to capture business processes and translate operational needs into technical specifications
• Direct experience with UK Fire and Rescue Control Room operations, mobilisation solutions, or Mobile Data Terminal (MDT) software
• Agile Project Management certification (or actively working towards certification)
